South Dublin Radio

Another of the Irish stations around in the early 80s on medium wave and shortwave was South Dublin Radio with its signature tune "Aint No Stopping Us Now." Here is a recording of the station signing off:

  1. Nice one, another station I never heard back in the 80's. My SW radio (an RFT Benelux - made in the GDR) could only pick up Radio Dublin on 6910 as I lived not far from the transmitter. That QSL card template was used by a few stations - DLR was issuing QSL's on the same cards in the early 90's

    liked the Stella as well -great little station
